“Live” Update of CIRT K9 National Conference

IT’S HAPPENING!  This year’s CIRT K9 National Conference is entering Day 3 and it’s been a wonderful learning experience.  Our students have spent time in the classroom and in the field (Yes! Real World Experience), training with their K9s.  Tuesdy’s field training included working our K9s at the Kansas City International Airport!  This was invaluable as we work to reduce anxiety levels, raise the levels of socialization combined with distraction avoidance.  Thanks to the Transportation Security Agency and especially the Kansas City TSA canine group for supporting us and making this  airport training possible!
